Neil Henderson

Neil Henderson founded Manline in 1998 and has played a key role in all aspects of Manline's growth. His focus has been on applying modern business principles and management practices in order to differentiate Manline in the logistics industry. Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) degree from the University of Cape Town.

 
Executive Directors
Sean Jackson
Sean Jackson

Sean Jackson, Manline's Financial Director, joined the company in August 2003. After completing his post graduate diploma in Accounting at the University of Natal he commenced his articles at KPMG and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001. Since joining Manline Sean has restructured the entire accounting and financial reporting function and has implemented financial systems and controls that ensure a solid foundation for growth. Sean continues to manage all financial aspects of the business.

 
Craig Warr
Craig Warr

Craig Warr, Manline's Operations Director, joined the company in July 2003. Craig is passionate about the transport industry and has developed a broad operational knowledge over the 18 years that he has been involved in the industry. Craig oversees all aspects of Manline's operations, and has focussed on implementing effective procedures, integrated with the latest technology, to deliver world-class levels of service. In addition, Craig is actively involved in the recruitment and training of new drivers, as well as ongoing assessment and revision of driver programmes to ensure a motivated and efficient team of drivers.

 
Non Executive Directors
Andrew Dunn
Andrew Dunn

Andrew Dunn is a director of DNI, a private equity investment business which he founded together with Anton Newbury. DNI holds investments in various sectors, including FMCG, property, logistics, finance and telecoms, and recently sold its stake in Premier Foods. Prior to DNI, Andrew began his career in 1994 by founding Miltrans, a logistics business focussed on the FMCG industry. Andrew sold the business to Super Group in 1999, and on leaving Super Group in 2006 held the position of CEO of Super Group Supply Chain Partners, FMCG, Freight, Consumer and Industrial Divisions. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town.

 
Peter Gain
Peter Gain

Peter Gain is the founder and chairman of Warrior Coal Investments, through which he has helped build a group with a range of investments and exploration assets in the South African coal sector. Peter is a non executive director of Optimum Coal Limited and has more than ten years of experience in corporate finance providing structuring and commercial advice to various corporates, including Manline. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) degree from the University of Cape Town.

 
Anton Newbury
Anton Newbury

Anton Newbury is a director of DNI, a private equity investment business which he founded together with Andrew Dunn. DNI holds investments in various sectors, including FMCG, property, logistics, finance and telecoms, and recently sold its stake in Premier Foods. Prior to DNI, Anton was a director of Brait's Private Equity business and also held various management positions within large corporates. Anton holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand.
